"My inspiration comes from beauty in nature; the shapes, the contrasts, and the movement of water.  My water scenes have become a journey through my life.  Just like one's life, nature changes every moment; from turbulent and unexpected to calm and inviting.  Life isn't about the destination; it's about the journey, the milestones, the sacrifices, and the miracles along the way.  I approach my work with an avant-garde attitude in order to create a more abstract and interesting view of God's work.  Depending on my current journey, my canvas will have an explosion or whimper of color.  I embrace each drawing as my life unfolds with every stroke."
